Follow our guidelines below for an enjoyable and hassle-free shopping experience. 

1. Selecting products Visit our online health shop to search our range of supplements and accessories. Click the links, or use our search form, to browse to the item you require. To add an item to your shopping basket enter the quantity required in the form (you can alter this later on) and click the ADD TO ORDER button. This will take you to the shopping basket page.

2. Shopping Basket You can view the products that you have added to your shopping basket at any time by clicking on YOUR BASKET. Here you can edit quantities of the products in your online shopping basket and you may also remove items by clicking the necessary box beside the relevant product followed by clicking the DELETE button. The total displayed in the shopping basket page is the price exclusive of any postage charges that may be applicable in Pounds Sterling. When you are happy with the items in your shopping basket click the CHECKOUT button.

3. Checkout 3.1 Security We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology, which is the industry standard and among the best software available for secure payment transactions. Your transactions (including credit card information) are "scrambled" so that security is never compromised. The encryption makes it virtually impossible for unauthorised parties to read any information sent to us. SSL works with Netscape Navigator (version 3.0 and above), Microsoft Internet Explorer (version 3.02 and above) and AOL (AOL 3.0 and above). 3.2 Terms & Conditions Read our terms and conditions, tick the box if you agree and click the PROCEED button. You can read our terms and conditions via the home page by clicking on Terms and Conditions.

3.3 Checkout Login On entering the checkout area you have two options: 3.3.1 New customers New customers should click the link to add their details. We will require name, address, delivery name and address (including full postcode), and your credit card information.

3.3.2 Returning customers Customers on subsequent visits to www.healthypeach.co.uk can enter their email address and password and retrieve their details. This is a process that makes your shopping experience as fast as possible. If you have forgotten your password you can click the "forgotten password" link. You will be prompted to enter your email address. It is important that this is the same email address and postcode you originally registered with. You password will be sent directly to your email address.

3.4 Payment All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and include VAT where applicable. We can accept the following credit and debit cards online: Visa, Mastercard, Delta and Switch.

3.5 Order confirmation Once all your details have been entered into the checkout form you will be presented will an order confirmation page. You may print this page for your records; you will also be sent a confirmation email. A receipt will be sent with your goods. You order will carry a unique order number, this is displayed in your email and on the confirmation page. Please quote this order number in all correspondence.
