Directions Of Use	Take one to three capsules per day with a meal. Three capsules per day are recommended initially for the first 90 days. After this period dosage can be reduced to two and then one capsule per day. Seatone capsule can be taken all at once or throughout the day but should always be taken with a meal.
Precautions	Store in cool dry place. Seatone capsules have a distinctly strong natural odour. For adult use only. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake.
