Directions

Take one spray daily or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Research has found that underneath the tongue or on the inside of the cheek are the best areas for absorption.

Does not have to be taken with food or at a set time of day, find a time that fits best with your daily routine.

This has been formulated as an ambient spray and does not require refrigeration.

Purified water, xylitol (natural sweetener), acacia gum (natural stabiliser), cholecalciferol (vitamin D3 in coconut oil), sunflower lecithin (tricalcium phosphate, rice flour), citric acid, natural preservative: potassium sorbate, peppermint oil.

Directions Of Use	Press the pump 3 times to get the liquid flowing. Shake well before every use. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use.
Dosage	1 spray delivers 3000IU of vitamin D. Use 1 spray a day (or as directed by your healthcare practitioner). Does not need to be taken with food or water, can be taken at any time of the day and combined with our other oral sprays.
Precautions	Do not exceed recommended dosage. Contains xylitol – excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle.
