Our Women's Health Bundle contains:

Women’s Wholefood Multi:-a Wholefood multivitamin and mineral supplement providing 5mg of iron, alongside other trace minerals and vitamins B-complex, C, D, and K. The vegetable and fruit powder blend contains carrot, spirulina, alfalfa, artichoke leaf, beetroot, acai berry, and acerola providing extra phytonutrients.
Acidophilus Plus:- containing Lactobacillus acidophilus and a further eight live native bacterial strains, plus a small amount of prebiotic.
Omega Balance:- formulated to provide an appropriate ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids EPA, DHA, and GLA.

Directions Of Use	Women's Wholefood Multi:- 1-2 capsules daily with food as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner. Acidophilus Plus:- 1-2 capsules daily, taken half an hour after food, or at the end of the meal, or as directed by a practitioner. For those travelling: Start taking Acidophilus Plus for at least 7 days prior to the start of your journey. During travel take the recommended daily dose, and continue to do so for at least 7 days following the end of your travels. Omega Balance:- 1-2 capsules daily with food as a food supplement or as directed by a practitioner.
Precautions	Acidophilus Plus:- Keep cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. (Women's Wholefood Multi) & (Omega Balance):- Keep cool, dry & out of direct sunlight.
Other ingredients	Women's Wholefood Multi:- Hydroponically grown cruciferous vegetable powder (brassica Juncea)* providing: zinc (and from citrate), iron, manganese, copper, selenium (and from selenium yeast), chromium and molybdenum (and from sodium molybdate). Fruit & vegetable powder blend (carrot, spirulina, alfalfa, artichoke leaf, beetroot, acai berry, acerola).
