Directions Of Use	Just put a few drops on a tissue and leave it near your pillow. Create a pre-bedtime massage oil or a relaxing bath oil by blending 6 drops of Goodnight Oil with 20ml of carrier oil such as Sweet Almond Oil.
Dosage	Add a few drops in one of our Absolute Aromas Ultrasonic diffusers to create a relaxing bedtime atmosphere.
