Directions Of Use	DIY TIP – Blend 4 drops of Chamomile and 4 drops of Lavender Oil in 2 teaspoons of Sunflower oil and add to a cool or luke-warm bath for dry, sensitive skin and to encourage relaxation or ease any aches & pains. ROOM FRAGRANCE – Add 3 drops of Roman Chamomile, 2 drops of Bergamot and 2 drops of Frankincense essential oil to an ultrasonic diffuser for a calming night time fragrance that comforts the mind.
Precautions	Do not use during the first three months of pregnancy.
